I play FPS games and I've replaced my mouse skates more times than I can count. Every time, the same thing: order from a brand shipping out of Asia, pay almost as much in shipping as the product cost, then wait two or three weeks and hope customs doesn't add anything on top.
That's a strange way to buy a $10 part.
So lowfric is the simple version. Pure PTFE dots, two finishes, held in stock in Georgia and shipped within 2 business days of when you order them. No middleman warehouse in another hemisphere, no three week wait, no surprise fees at the door.
We're small. Right now it's me and two products. The dots are made by a factory that supplies this whole category, which is true of nearly every brand selling skates, and I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise. What we control is what we choose, how it's packaged, and how fast it gets to you.
