30 day returns on unopened items. If you haven't opened the sealed sleeve, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you.
We can't accept opened or partially used sheets. Mouse skates are adhesive-backed and single use. Once a sheet is opened we have no way to verify or resell it, so opened items aren't returnable. This isn't a technicality we hide behind, it's the same policy every skate manufacturer runs.
If something is wrong, we'll fix it. Wrong item, missing item, damaged in transit, or a manufacturing defect like adhesive that won't hold or an edge that isn't cut clean: email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed and no charge. This applies whether or not the sleeve is opened.
To start a return, email support@lowfric.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within one business day.
Once we receive and accept your return, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to post it.
Gift cards and items bought on final sale can't be returned.
