We ship from Georgia, USA. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day go out the same day. Everything else ships the next business day.
Free shipping on all US orders. We use USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Give it 48 hours, since USPS occasionally scans early. Then check with neighbors and your building. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address? Email us right away. If the order hasn't shipped we can fix it. Once it's shipped we can't reroute it, and packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost.
International shipping
We ship worldwide from Georgia, USA, with a $40 minimum order.
Flat rate $22, delivered in roughly 1 to 3 weeks depending on your country and customs.
Important: import duties, VAT, and carrier handling fees are not included and are not collected at checkout. Your country will charge these on delivery, and they can add $15 to $25 on top of what you paid us. We have no control over these charges and can't refund them. Please factor this in before ordering.
Refused packages are returned to us and refunded minus shipping and any fees we're charged.
